Click here to view this email as a web page instead.   Issue 11 \| November 2025   ANNOUNCING Next Online Entrepreneurial Mindset Facilitator Training in March 2026 If you're looking to advance student success, increase the impact of your existing workforce efforts, or provide mindset programming to your grant and loan recipients, this is the training for you! Register by January 30th to take advantage of the early bird pricing.   While you do not need to be a subject matter expert in entrepreneurship, you do need to be an effective facilitator of learning by supporting, guiding, and monitoring the entrepreneurial learning process.   Throughout this training, we will discuss the methodology and concepts within the eight life lessons of the Ice House Programs. The participants possess them already. So the issue is how they’re choosing to apply those skills. Take the participants in the Ice House classes offered by the Hampshire County Sheriff’s Department to the men in its correctional facility. “They do have an entrepreneurial mindset, but they’re using it in a different way because they’re driven by other things,” said Rafael Santos, the job placement counselor, and employment coordinator.
