Hi there,

Join us on Thursdays throughout the month of June for a four-week Entrepreneurial Mindset Facilitator Certification Training that prepares participants to instill an entrepreneurial mindset in their classroom, organizations, and communities using the Ice House Entrepreneurship Programs.

The training involves real-world problem-solving and encourages participants to explore and learn new concepts while acquiring practical skills and knowledge that can be applied immediately to their work and life. This approach creates intrinsic motivation, promotes collaboration, and aligns with the evolving nature of education.

We expect the June event to sell out but not to worry, the registration page for the next event in November is live!

From Foster Care To Harvard With Rodney Walker

Those that are familiar with the Ice House Entrepreneurship Programs will recognize the guest in this new episode! At the age of five, he was cast into the foster care system, where he was separated from his parents and siblings. As he puts it, he felt like life was happening to him, that he had no control over his circumstances. Little did he know that exposure to entrepreneurship combined with a dedicated mentor would alter the course of his life.

I was relatively new to the workforce, and that one line said a lot about what I saw every day in my workplace. I was surrounded by incredibly bright, capable people who, on the surface, seemed at best apathetic. Were they really apathetic, or were they just withdrawing in disgust from their work?

It is a book about how the mindset and actions of the good & reliable stands out from the average. It is a series of stories that reflect the good old values of how one carries oneself in life...This one's a classic."
