Happening November 9 - 11, 2020!

Hi there,

We are excited to announce our public, in-person training event this year! Happening at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, PA, just 70 miles from Philadelphia and 80 miles from New York City, this makes for a great opportunity to cross multiple cities off your bucket list while developing your entrepreneurial mindset. And, as you can imagine, Bethlehem during the holiday season is magical!

Regardless of whether or not you want to start a business, an entrepreneurial mindset provides a new perspective; one that will expose opportunities, ignite ambition and cultivate the creativity, self-reliance, and resourcefulness that is essential for anyone to adapt and thrive in today’s rapidly changing world. In press releases daily, executives and new hires are being praised for their entrepreneurial mindsets, and for good reason! It can motivate an existing workforce to solve difficult problems and in an academic environment, reengage students in their learning.

This 3-day event provides an opportunity for intense connection and continuous learning while developing these skills within yourself and learning how to facilitate them in others.

Entrepreneurial Mindset Has Changed My Life

Nancy Kishpaugh is the Senior Services Manager at Independence Public Library. After completing a class featuring the Ice House Entrepreneurship Program at Fab Lab ICC, Kishpaugh shared this with her instructor, Jim Correll:

"When I took the class, about 2-3 weeks in, I noticed a shift in my thinking. I was looking for solutions and was not so bound up in the negatives of the problem, whatever it was. My boss said she noticed a change in me and so did my husband (who also took the class). I have been much more positive in my thinking. I've gotten involved in community organizations, doors have opened to me, and I am pursuing my passions, and I am happier in general. I worry less about how I'm going to live my life and think more about what's important to me."

"Who Owns the Ice House?" is available in audiobook format!

Now you can take the lessons of Uncle Cleve, Clifton Taulbert, and Gary Schoeniger with you wherever you go. Whether you are engaging with the lessons for the first time or revisiting the stories of Clifton's life, there is something for everyone in this new version of the book.
